1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within Malaysia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed with a delivery address outside of Malaysia will not be processed.

2. Shipping Fees

All orders placed on our website come with free shipping. There are no additional delivery charges regardless of the size or quantity of your order.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery will be made within 7 business days. We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible, but actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Peninsular Malaysia: 3-7 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-7 working days

Please note that unforeseen delays caused by third-party logistics, weather conditions, or peak seasons may affect delivery timelines. We are not liable for such delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 days of your order, please contact us at ghanionline@outlook.com.

6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional charges may apply for reshipping in such cases, despite our initial free shipping offer.

If the courier service reports the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery details provided by You.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged packaging or products and your order number. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
